Faith Community seeking Worship Leader

Faith Community Church of God, Huntington, IN has an immediate opening for a part-time Music and Worship Leader. Essential character qualities we are looking for include; authentic personal relationship with God, grounding in Biblical truth, love for and ability to relate well to people, strong work ethic, self motivated, and a team player. Responsibilities will include; oversee the entire worship arts ministry (band, vocalist, sound, video, lighting, media), lead the instrumental and vocal team (recruit, resource, direct, instruct, correct, and encourage them), and work with existing staff to put together a weekly worship experience. 10-12 hours weekly.
