Survival of the 4th graders

Beach Day

Some of the 2nd grade classes here at Roanoke started their school year out right by having "Beach Day",  The afternoon was filled with various beach day activities.  Students were challenged to pick up shells out of buckets of water using only their toes.  They raced to looked for seashells that were hidden under cones and went on a scavenger hunt for seashells... HU Named a Top 10 College in the Midwest

For the fourth consecutive year, Huntington University has been named one of the Top 10 Best Colleges in the Midwest by U.S. News & World Report, according to the annual collegiate rankings released today.

In the list released Thursday, Huntington University was ranked 289th overall and ninth in the state of Indiana. Indiana New Tech schools set to open

Three New Tech High Schools are set to open this month in Northeast Indiana for the 2010-2011 school year.
