With the upcoming Veterans Day in mind, Pacer students wanted to make sure local veterans know that they appreciate their service, courage and sacrifice! When the Grant County Veterans Hospital representatives came to Crestview to drop off a wish list of items for their residents, Pacer students took action! With just one weekend to gather up donations, several students brought in bags and bags worth of donations so that their veterans would have the opportunity to be a bit more comfortable. The Pacer teachers are so very proud to have team members and families who actively demonstrate the life skills that we emphasize daily here at CMS: effort, initiative, pride, and caring!
