Crestview teams up with Parkview Y

Crestview Middle School’s Student Council and the Parkview Huntington YMCA are teaming up to host the
Partners with Youth 5k on Saturday, May 21, 2011. All proceeds will go to the Partners with Youth
Scholarship Fund which makes Y programming affordable for all families. The registration fee is $15.00.
There is a special family entry fee for those families that would like to participate together. A flat fee of $40 will
be accepted for families of 3 or more that register to participate together. All participants that register and pay
their entry fee by May 10, 2011 will receive a free t-shirt. Registration forms can be found at the front desk of
the YMCA and in the front office of Crestview Middle School. Donations are also being accepted. To make a
donation or if you have questions, please contact Rachael Harshman at Crestview Middle School,
260-356-6210 ext. 2156 or Todd Latta at the YMCA, 260-356-4200. Student Council members are also
collecting donations. Start times will be staggered for runners and walkers. Registration/check-in begins at
7 a.m. for those running the 5K and registration/check-in begins at 8 a.m. for those walking the 5K at
Crestview Middle School. The 5K will take place on the track at Crestview. The start time for runners will be 8
a.m. The start time for walkers will be 9 a.m. Times will be kept for those running the 5K. Registration forms
are located at the front desks of the YMCA and Crestview Middle School. Please join us for a great
opportunity to make a difference for the families of Huntington County!
