Quote: "My greatest rewards in teaching come from watching my students succeed. When we hold our data portfolio conference at the end of the year, I feel like I am meeting my students in victory circle. If I have related, motivated, and differentiated well all year, then every one of my students will say they completed the race able to read and ready for life. At that point, I, too, feel like I have crossed the finish line.” – Melanie Park
