Lincoln Students Help Haiti

Lincoln Elementary fifth-grader Jacob Garlits organized a fund drive for the earthquake victims of Haiti in February.

He and his committee created a flyer to send to parents, decorated collection boxes, and presented a skit over video announcements. They kept track of daily donations on a bulletin board graph, and had a special “Hat Day” when students could wear hats for a quarter... Read More...

Lincoln Elementary collects food

Lincoln Elementary Student Council members in Grades 3-5 helped to collect 1,735 cans and boxes of food for the Salvation Army Food Drive this Christmas season.

The school had a contest for the collection, with Miss Cross’s Fifth Grade Class contributing 423 items.
