Joshua Wenning Returns to Northwest!

Special guest, Joshua Wenning, visited Mrs. Wenning's 4th graders at Northwest Elementary. The class had been learning about the Lifelong Guideline of Personal Best. Joshua shared his experience as a former Northwest Explorer and challenged the students to work hard to achieve their dreams. He presented his art portfolio to the students and sang two original songs while playing his guitar. Students were encouraged by hearing how working hard and giving your personal best not only helped him as an artist and musician, but also earned him scholarship money. Joshua is a freshman at the University of Saint Francis studying Communication Art and Graphic Design.
