Mooberry Plays Smart

Kennan Mooberry has been selected as Salamonie School's student representative in the Play Smart campaign against tobacco and alcohol use.
Kennan is a 8th grade three sport athlete at Salamonie. He has been a team leader in football, basketball, and track at Salamonie, and has been a part of two county championship teams. He also mentors students in Mrs. Salzmann's 2nd grade class, spending time reading to them several times a week.
Kennan gave a short speech to the student's in Mrs. Salzmann's class about how important it is for students to not use alcohol and tobacco. He then spent time signing his trading cards for each student in the class.
