H1N1 School Clinics

The Health Department has released their tentative schedule for School Clinics that are for students of that school ONLY. There is not enough vaccine supply for second doses or siblings at this time. Siblings may be placed on a call list at the Health Department 260-358-4895 

Tentative Schedule as follows:

  • Fri 11/13 Riverview and Crestview both at 7:30-10:30 am (during school)
  • Fri 11/13 Huntington Catholic Schools 3-8 pm (At the Health Dept)
  • Tues 11/17 at Lancaster 3:30-7 pm (Parents must be present)
  • Wed 11/18 at Northwest 3:30-7pm (Parents must be present)
  • Thurs 11/19 at Lincoln 3:30-7pm (Parents must be present)
  • Fri 11/20 at Horace Mann 3-6pm (Parents must be present)
  • Mon 11/23 at Flint Springs 2:30-6pm (Parents must be present)
  • Tues 11/24 at Roanoke 3:30-7pm (Parents must be present)
  • Wed 12/2 at Salamonie 1-3pm   (6-8th grade during school)
  • Wed 12/2 at Salamonie 3-7pm K-5th (Parents must be present)
  • Thurs 12/3 at Andrews 3:30-7pm (Parents must be present)
  • Wed 12/9 HNHS students only 9-2 pm (during school)
