Public Works & Safety to meet Nov. 2

As authorized by applicable statute, specifically Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) and (D), the Board of Public Works & Safety of the City of Huntington, Indiana, will meet in executive session for discussion of strategy with respect to:
1) Initiation of litigation, and/or
2) The purchase or lease of real property by the governing body up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties.
The executive session will take place in the Mayor’s Conference Room, Third Floor, Huntington City Building, 300 Cherry Street, Huntington, Indiana, on Monday, November 2, 2009, commencing at 8:30 a.m.
