HU Symphonic Band to be featured

Join the Huntington University Symphonic Band for a free concert on at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 22 in the Zurcher Auditorium of the Merillat Centre for the Arts.

The Symphonic Band, under the direction of Dr. Robert Lynn, director of instrumental studies at HU, will perform a variety of selections, including Finale of “Pictures at an Exhibition” by Mussorgsky; a “Wizard of Oz” selection by Harold Arlen and E.Y. Harburg; and “Clown Act,” a fun and exciting piece of music by Kahelin.

This will be a fun event for the whole family.

This performance is free and open to the public.
