LAC Fashion Event Announced

The La Fontaine Arts Council of Huntington County announces that its annual fashion
show fundraiser will be held on November 5 at the La Fontaine Golf Club in Huntington.
"Fashions for the Arts" will begin with a social time at 11 AM, followed by a luncheon.
Following the luncheon this year's Arts Advocate Rob Myers, local photographer and
videographer, will speak about the importance of arts education. Then, the fashion
show will begin with women from Huntington County sporting clothes from Chico's.
A silent auction will begin at 11 AM and conclude prior to the fashion show. The auction
will feature holiday items for Thanksgiving and Christmas as well as tasty treats to be
enjoyed now.
Tickets for this year's event are $25 and can be purchased from LAC board members or
can be reserved by calling 260-358-0055 or 260-356-8874.
All proceeds from "Fashions for the Arts" goes toward the La Fontaine Arts Council's
"Arts in Education," which provides quality arts programming to all schools in Huntington
County.
