Kiwanis

The Roanoke Kiwanis recently delivered the proceeds from their bell-ringing efforts to the Huntington Salvation Army.  The Roanoke community donated $180.27 to the kettle while the Kiwanis were ringing the bells outside busy Roanoke locations such as the Post Office, Lassus Handy Dandy, and Hoosier Foods that cold day in early December.  The Roanoke Kiwanis also support the local Pathfinder group home, Mad Anthony’s Children’s Hope house at Lutheran Hospital, the Roanoke Library, and Huntington County Youth for Christ.

Individuals interested in joining the Roanoke Kiwanis are encouraged to attend an upcoming meeting.  The meetings are held on the first and third Thursday of each month at 7:00 a.m. in the basement of the Roanoke Brethren Church in Roanoke.  Donuts and coffee are served.
