Whether it’s called a “night out,” a “date night,” or a “mini-retreat,” time to nurture a most significant relationship is both a precious and too-often-rare commodity for couples.

Victory Noll Center will host "Couples' Night" on Friday, February 17, allowing couples to indulge a Friday-night date. There will be delicious appetizers, energizing activities and conversations, and sessions designed to refresh relationships. The night is perfect for newlyweds or those couples who have spent a lifetime together. It is an opportunity to have time to treasure, and for couples to grow even closer by learning to communicate in fresh and healthy ways.

Presenters for the night are John and Janice Kulp Long. The Longs have nurtured their own relationship over 37 years of marriage, and share deep personal interest in helping individuals and couples develop healthy and meaningful relationships in life. They have worked with dozens of couples in marriage preparation and relationship enrichment during their years as pastors in Church of the Brethren congregations, and have worked with church and professional groups in sessions exploring how personality styles and communication patterns affect interpersonal relationships.

The program runs from 6:30 to 9 p.m. The cost is $40 per couple. Registration is required by Feb. 10.

Victory Noll Center is located at 1900 W. Park Drive in Huntington.

To register for the program, or for more information about the program or Victory Noll Center, contact the Center at (260) 356-0628, ext. 174, or by e-mail at victorynollcenter@olvm.org. More information is also available on the Center's website at www.olvm.org/vncenter.html.

No one is ever turned away from a program because of inability to pay. Payment plans or other arrangements may be made by contacting Victory Noll Center.

Victory Noll Center is a ministry of Our Lady of Victory Missionary Sisters, and is dedicated to fostering spiritual growth, personal development and social justice education in an ecumenical and multicultural environment.
