Mobile Mammography unit will be in town

Francine’s Friends Mobile Mammography unit will be in Huntington January 19 for women interested in scheduling a mammogram. The mobile unit will be parked at Trinity United Methodist Church, 530 Guilford Street.

Screening mammography is for women who:

 Are age 40 and older and have not had a mammogram screening in the past 12 months
 Have no prior or current history of breast cancer or problems with their breasts
 Are insured or uninsured

Fitness Class signups begin

Registration for 2010 Fitness Classes begin Mon., Dec 21st.  The new session will run from Mon., Jan 4th- Sun., Feb., 28th.

New classes added to the roster are Abs Class Mon and Wed @ 11a.  Zumba on Sun @ 2p these two classes have a registration fee of $5.

Visitor restrictions to be lifted at PHH

Effective tomorrow, Nov. 17, Parkview Huntington Hospital will lift the temporary restrictions on visitors that were in place to minimize the spread of H1N1 influenza.
