Fun Day at museum tomorrow!

By Rick Henly on Friday, July 30th, 2010 | Bookmark and Share

We hope you can make time to bring the kids in your life to our FAMILY FUN DAY tomorrow, Saturday, July 31, at the Wabash County Historical Museum!

Explore Wabash County’s connections with movies (and there are more than you think!), make your own “film” strip, and watch special cartoons in our theatre from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  In addition to the two floors of amazing museum exhibits, you’ll have a chance to have a role in the museum’s own film, “Museum Memories.”

We chose the theme of movies to go along with the new Moving Pictures exhibit about Eagles Theater that we have showing now in the changing exhibit gallery.  The exhibit and event are free for members or with a paid daily admission.  Admission for adults is $5, $3 for senior citizens and children under 12.  Children under 5 are free.

Family Fun Day is sponsored by 105.9 The Bash.  For further information call 260-563-9070 or check out www.wabashmuseum.org to get the street address to 'google' a map for out-of-towners.
