CCCS Approved for Debt Management

Consumer Credit Counseling Service of NE IN has been approved by the State of Indiana Department of Financial Institutions for a Debt Management company license. Recent legislative amendments to the Indiana code relating to debt management companies now require that all companies doing business as a budget and credit counseling agency receive approval from the Department of Financial Institutions.
“Being approved by the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions is just one more way for us to give people peace of mind” said Joe Schenkel, President of CCCS of NE IN.
