Kellam & DeaKyne is a vocal duo who specializes in customized concerts bringing their audiences to a very personal level. The group consists of Tom Kellam and Shelbia DeaKyne, who are both very passionate about music and the desire to enlighten and inspire. Tom and Shelbia are long-time friends who decided to start singing together about six years ago with much support from their families. Prior to the start of K&D, Tom had traveled extensively across the nation, with his family, singing  gospel music since the age of four, and was very involved in many music events during school including “Varsity Singers” at  Huntington North High School.  Shelbia began singing at an early age and also loved being a part of her high school show choir. She also traveled the Midwest  with a gospel group called the God Squad.

K&D sings songs from the 50’s to today bringing back memories through a variety of music including classics, love songs, country, oldies, gospel and Motown. All of these styles are showcased on their cover album titled Going Forward…Looking Back. Kellam & DeaKyne’s beautiful combination of smooth vocals and bright personalities gives them a unique ability to create a powerfully inspiring atmosphere transforming any event into a memorable experience.

We hope to see you at the dinner. If you are unable to attend, we would still love to see you at the Relay for Life walk. It will be held at Kriegbaum Field on June 12-13, 2:00 pm – 8:00 am.  The survivor’s tent will have snacks and drinks available beginning at 1:30. You may pick up your survivor shirt there as well.   The opening ceremony and survivor’s lap will begin promptly at 2:00!

“A world with less cancer…..means a world with more birthdays!”

Looking forward to seeing you June 8 & June 12!

Sincerely,
