In celebration of the Christmas season, Family Centered Services recently sponsored its “Breakfast with Santa” for parents and children who participate in the Healthy Families program in Huntington County.
Healthy Families supports new parents providing encouragement, parenting tips, child development information and access to community resources.
This year, 58 people from 17 families attended the Breakfast with Santa event on Saturday, December 11th, which included refreshments, beautiful Christmas decorations, gifts for each child and family, and of course, pictures on Santa’s lap.
Family Centered Services would like to thank the dedicated donors and volunteers who made this event possible, including St. Peter’s First Community Church for the providing the location, HNHS Home Economics classes for refreshments and decorations, Jessica Musselman and Mikayla Carpenter for being face painters and Todd Carpenter for being Santa.
