Kids in grades 1 – 12 are invited to submit their designs in Huntington City-Township Public Library's annual Bookmark Designing Contest, beginning April 11 and continuing through May 14. Designs should reflect this year's overall Summer Reading Club theme, "One World, Many Stories." Markers, specially cut paper are available at either library location; bookmarks must be created at the Library. Winning designs will be printed and given away during Summer Reading Club 2011, and special prizes will be given to the creators of the winning designs. All entries must be submitted to the Library by closing on May 18th, and may be turned in at either the Main Library, located at 255 West Park Drive, Huntington; or the Markle Branch, located at 197 East Morse Street, Markle. For more information, call the Children’s Department at the Main Library at 260-356-2900.
