Basic Fundamentals of Yoga

Middle School Girl's Night at the Y

The local YMCA will be alive with activity this Saturday, October 10 when they host a girls' 'Middle School Night at the Y'.

The event will be from 6 p.m.-8:30 p.m. and middle school girls are invited.

Fitness Classes at the YMCA

Fitness classes are in the first week of an eight-week session at the Parkview Huntington Family YMCA.

Many of the fitness classes have openings.  The cost to most of the classes are $5 or $15 for cycling.

Parkview YMCA to start winter hours

The Parkview Huntington YMCA will be closed Sunday, September 6th and Monday, September 7th for the Labor Day holiday.
