We are still looking for those good men in ALL the communities we serve that exemplify our mission of eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.
Do you know such a man?
Nominees will receive a card notifying them that they have been recognized as one of the YWCA’s 100 Good Men. Additionally, they will be guest of the Fort Wayne TinCaps at the July 7th home game and be honored during a pregame ceremony on the field.
The 100 Good Men Pledge
to celebrate the diversity in the world around me.
to treat all people with dignity and respect, and to discourage others’ prejudice and discrimination in all its forms.
to respect, listen to and seek equality with those in my life.
to use my talents and resources to empower others to reach their fullest potential.
to never commit, condone, or remain silent about violence against others.
to reject violence in all forms: physical, sexual, psychological, economical and social.
to consciously practice peace on a daily basis.
to oppose injustice, not people.
