Norma Jean Prough

     Norma Jean Prough, age 74, formerly of Huntington, passed away at 1: p.m. Wednesday  (February 1, 2012) at Miller’s Merry Manor in Marion.

     Norma Jean was born on July 30, 1937, in Huntington, the daughter of Ralph and Iva (Elick) Prough. She graduated from Huntington High School in 1955.

     Norma Jean was a resident of Huntington until she moved to Marion in 2003. She was a member of Faith Community Church of God in Huntington.
 
     She is survived by one sister – Mary Lou (Elmer) Keller of Marion. Her parents, brothers – Robert Prough, Raymond Prough, Homer Dean Prough, James Prough and Richard Prough, and a sister – Laveeda Prough, preceded her in death.

     There will no visitation. A graveside service and burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday (February 4, 2012) at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery, North State Road 5, Huntington with Rev. Stephen Stull officiating.
