Kudos to two Huntington restaurants

Kudos to two Huntington restaurants for their efforts to raise funds for Huntington County Habitat for Humanity.
Wings, Etc., located at 317 Hauenstein Rd., and Applebees Neighborhood Grill & Bar, located at 346 Hauenstein Rd., each offered to share a percentage of monies received from sales on recent Mondays. Their donations will be used toward Habitat’s mission of eliminating poverty housing and homelessness in Huntington County. It takes hammers and nails to build a house, but it also takes donors and volunteers to build a Habitat home.
Wings and Applebees demonstrated their commitment to and support of the local community, even in these more financially challenging times. We are blessed to receive the benefits of their caring.
