Unhappy with election signage

Dear Editor,

NOT appreciating the litter found in my front yard over the past week…If you want people to vote for you the LEAST you could do is hang your “vote for me” signs on front doors, not strewn all over front lawns, found 3 Friday, nowhere near our front door.  Guess what?  If you litter in my yard, you ain’t gettin’ my vote!

Not happy with the Herald-Press

Dear Editor,

I subscribe to the Herald Press-paying $117.00 year for a newspaper that is not quite 15 pages-including Sundays. I have decided after today I will no longer renew my subscription because practically every day it makes my stomach turn after reading the articles it contains.

For instance, Mayor Steve Updike thinks its okay to charge a trash collection fee, because our local government wasn’t wise enough to “share” information amongst each other to know how much it was in the debt... Read More...
