Both CMS Lady Cougar basketball teams upped their marks to 5-4 with convincing victories over Busco on Thursday evening. The 7th grade won by the final score of 47-12. The HU track and field teams brought home seven top finishes from the Trine University Invitational over the weekend. The men finished second while the women took fourth.

The Vikings boys basketball team travelled to Northfield Saturday night to take on the 12-3 Northmen. The Vikings pushed the Northsmen to overtime but came up just short falling 59-57.

The Vikings travelled down to Muncie on Friday night to take on top ranked 3a team and one of the top 5 teams in the state according to the Maxprep ratings. The Vikings jumped out to an early lead on the Bearcats and then battled them tough through the first quarter trailing 15-10 after one.
