Michael Crowley Earns All Conference

For the second consecutive season, sophomore Michael Crowley has been honored by the Crossroads League as an All-Conference pick. The Chesterton native (Chesterton HS) was one of two catchers selected to the All-Conference squad.

The 2nd-seeded HU baseball team suffered a 6-3 loss to 3rd-seeded Spring Arbor Wednesday afternoon in an elimination game of the Crossroads League Tournament at Forest Glen. The HU golf team wrapped up its season with an eighth place finish at the Crossroads League Championships yesterday and today held at Glendarin Hills Golf Club in Angola (Ind.). The Huntington baseball team (27-14) has now won three straight games to scratch and claw their way back into contention for a Crossroads League Tournament title. The 2nd-seeded Forester baseball team (25-14) started their climb out of the consolation bracket Monday afternoon with a 9-4 win over 6th-seeded Indiana Wesleyan (24-30) at Forest Glen. The Crossroads League announced its 2015 Softball All-Tournament Team and among the 16-player list were three Foresters.

Forester Softball Season Ends With Loss

The hunt for a conference tournament title and repeat trip to nationals came to an end Friday afternoon for the 5th-seeded HU softball team as they suffered a 10-4 loss to 3rd-seeded Taylor in an elimination game at Marian University.

Women`s Tennis Ends With Win Over Grace
