The Forester women's basketball team (13-9, 5-5) poured in 45 second half points to push past Taylor (13-12, 4-7) 79-70 in Saturday's MCC action.

Crestview and Riverview Win Titles

Looking to hand the Knights of Marian University (12-7, 3-6) their first home loss of the season, the 20th-ranked Huntington University Foresters (16-6, 5-4) did just that with a 73-71 overtime win to open up second round action of league play on Saturday afternoon.

In a game that pitted the top two free throw shooting teams in NAIA Division II, it was the Forester men's basketball team (15-5, 4-3) that knocked down 26 free throws in the second half to slide past Spring Arbor University (11-11, 3-5) 83-78 on Saturday afternoon.

The Lady Vikings hosted the Anderson Indians in a great battle to the end. The Indians took control of the first half leading 28/22 . The Lady Vikings rallied in the 3rd and took control of the game.
