The Vikings took on the South Side Archers in there opening round game of the IHSAA 4A basketball tournament on Tuesday night. The Vikings have played many games tight this year but have struggled to finish in close games and picking up a sectional victory would be a big boost for the program.

In a game where the stakes couldn’t be higher, it was the No. 2-seeded Pilots of Bethel College who came out ahead 60-47 over the No. 3-seeded Foresters Friday night at Wiekamp Athletics Center Friday night in semifinal action of the MCC tourney.
