CMS Lady Cougars Win at Busco

Both CMS Lady Cougar basketball teams upped their marks to 5-4 with convincing victories over Busco on Thursday evening. The 7th grade won by the final score of 47-12. Kylie Kaylor and Ariene Butler led the way with 13 pts, and Butler added 9 rebounds. Kinzie Estep added 7 pts, Maddie Houser 6 pts, Jennifer Bartels 4pts, Mackenzie Cannici and Aubrie Eckert 2 pts each. Kelsey Vogelman added 7 rebounds.
The 8th grade team won 36-24. Marissa Jamion led the way 11 pts, Madi Canady 9 pts, Hannah Williams 5 pts, Ellie Lawson 4 pts, Sierra Estep, Emma Landrum, and Jessica Kaufman each had 2 pts, and Carly Jaggers had 1 pt and many fine assists.
Both teams travel to Marion on Monday to face McCulloch at 5:00
