Vikings travel to top ranked Muncie Cent

The Vikings travelled down to Muncie on Friday night to take on top ranked 3a team and one of the top 5 teams in the state according to the Maxprep ratings. The Vikings jumped out to an early lead on the Bearcats and then battled them tough through the first quarter trailing 15-10 after one.

The second showed why the Bearcats are 13-2 as they cranked up the offense and opened up a 38-20 halftime lead. The Bearcats would go on to the 70-43 victory and up their record to 13-2 and dropping the Vikings to 3-12.

The Vikings were lead in scoring by Brock Gower and Noah Reed with 9 points apiece.
