Foresters finish 23rd at Nationals

For the fifth time in program history, the Huntington University men’s cross country team competed at the NAIA National Cross Country Championships on Saturday held at the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site in Vancouver, Washington.

Spahr makes debut at NAIA Championships

Freshman Gretchen Spahr represented the Huntington University women's cross country team at the 2011 NAIA National Cross Country Championships on Saturday. The 5,000 meter championship was contested at the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site in Vancouver, Washington.

Up against some of the top teams in the NAIA, the Forester cross country teams had a great showing at the Great Lakes Cross Country Challenge at Aquinas College on Saturday.

Rockey named MCC Runner of the Week

Huntington University freshman Erin Rockey (Shipshewana, Ind., Westview High School) was named the Mid-Central Conference (MCC) Runner of the Week for the week of October 17-23, 2011.

This past weekend Rockey participated in the Wilmington College Fall Classic. Despite the windy and rainy conditions, she ran to a tenth place finish out of 241 runners and crossed the line in 19:28 to not only establish a new personal best but also break the twenty-minute barrier in the 5K for the first time in four years... Crestview Runs to a Split at Riverview

The Forester cross country teams traveled to Kentucky over the weekend to compete in the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic on Saturday morning.
