Disappointment, but not despair!

By Nick Johnson on Sunday, October 25th, 2009

The Huntington North Boy’s Cross-Country was in a position to make school history this morning by winning the Semi-State title for the first time.  Unfortunately, it wasn’t in the cards for the Vikings, and they had to settle for second place.  The team results were as follows: Concord (1st, 103 points), Huntington North (2nd, 125 points), FW Bishop Dwenger (3rd, 128 points), South Bend St... Just a crummy day!

By Nick Johnson on Sunday, October 25th, 2009

The Huntington North Girl’s Cross-Country team was happy about one thing today… they qualified for the State Meet next Saturday.  On a muddy and rain soaked course, the Lady Vikings weren’t able to fire on all cylinders.  Huntington North’s “off day” combined with several other teams having exceptional days ended up resulting in a fifth place team finish for the Lady Vikings...
