Cougar X-Country Finishes Season

Crestview Middle School Cross Country teams finished off their season on Saturday, Oct. 8th at the NELMS Conference Meet. The Lady Cougars Varsity team was led by Marissa Jamison who brought home a 10th place finish in a time of 12:27. Also finishing for the Lady Cougars were Chloe Scheiber (25), Katie Jamison (27), Emma Melcher (29), Becca Berry (36), Brittany Smith (40), and Paige Berry (42). The Girls Varsity team placed 6th.
The Boys Varsity team Was led by Dillon Valenti in a time of 11:27 for a place of 16th overall. Hunter Hollowell was next at 19th then followed by Zach Baldridge (21), Jacob Vinson (27), Evan Kropf (30), Dawson Hertel (41) and Colton Sheets (49). The Boys Varsity team placed 5th.
The Girls JV placed 2nd out of 6 teams. Jenna Henline paced the Cougars with a 7th place finish. She was followed closely by Meagan Thomas in 9th place, Meghan Underwood (10), Mary Winans (14), Melanie Gradeless (21), Megan Berry (24), Lexie Black (26), Hollyn Anderson (27), Abi Kline (35), Caila Kline (41), Jennifer Meyer (44), Kayla Stuttle (52), Maya Hernandez (53), Rachel Moore (54), and Taylor Johnson (62).
The Boys JV team was paced by Alex Hosler in 16th Place, Alec Goetz (21), Jacob Foster (24), Alex Wiedenhoeft (31), Jack Young (40), Reid Dillion (42), Mitch McElhaney (43), Josh Waters (50), Dom Moyer (51), Brandon Briggs (67), and Dane Eherenman (70). The JV boys placed 4th.
