Coach Winter Comments: We just aren't moving forward yet like I thought we would. Some of our younger girls are really starting to understand a little more and play better. We just need the upperclassmen to really step up and take charge of the team. I have yet to see that. When I do see 100% effort out of everyone they will improve.
