Blue Racers Start Season with Wins!

The Blue Racers swim team has opened the season with the boys and girls winning over Bluffton, and a split decision versus Indian Springs. On February 8th, the Racers started with a bang, defeating Bluffton in both the girls and boys events. They followed up this win with the boys winning at Indian Springs 88-79. The girls were defeated by a score of 119-50.
Top finishers for the boys were Walter Hacker, Drew Whitcomb, Josh Young, Zane Cozad, Cameron Ness, Kellen Hughes, Aaron Gilmore and Austin Lange.
Top finishers for the girls were Katie Schenkel, Caitlyn Sands, Addison Clark, Cassy Lange, Alyssa Weight, Lauren Sands, Brianna Nelson, and Audrey Hiebel.
The Blue Racers will be in action again on Wednesday, February 24th when they host Hartford City at Salamonie School.
