Up against #12 seeded Graceland University (IA) in first round action of the 2011 NAIA National Tennis Tournament in Mobile, Alabama, the No. 21 Forester men’s tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision to the Yellowjackets on Tuesday morning to bring their season to a close.

Playing their last match before heading to the NAIA National Championships in Mobile, Alabama, the HU men’s tennis team lost to a talented Lewis University (Ill.) team, 8-1 on Saturday afternoon. Playing for only the second time this spring because of inclement weather, the Forester women’s tennis took one on the chin to Lewis University (Ill.) on Saturday afternoon, dropping a 9-0 decision to the Flyers. With this loss, HU wraps up the year with an overall record of 7-7.
