Five Foresters were among the list of All-Conference volleyball honorees released by the Crossroads League over the weekend.
Codie Morey (Blue Island, Ill., Harold L. Richards H.S.) was one of six rookies named to the All-Freshman Team. The 5-9 setter averaged 4.3 assists per set and earned the starting spot as HU’s setter in the latter part of the season... Read More...

The Forester volleyball team wrapped up its season with a 3-1 loss, 25-10, 25-20, 24-26, 26-24, to Spring Arbor University Wednesday evening. With this loss, HU finishes the year with an overall record of 4-23 and a 2-16 record in conference play.

Taylor University’s dominance at the net got the best of the Forester volleyball team Wednesday night as the Trojans won in straight sets, 25-15, 25-18, 25-15, on senior night at the Merillat Complex.

The Lady Vikings finished off their title quest on Saturday by sweeping South Side 25-17, 25-10, 25-17. The Vikings had earlier in the day taken out Jay County 25-17, 25-13, 23-25, 25-13. The Vikings had reached the weekend by defeating rival Homestead 20-25, 26-24, 22-25, 25-16, 17-15.
