Indiana Wesleyan University continues to dominate Crossroads League play and Wednesday night it was at the expense of the Forester volleyball team as the Wildcats cruised to a 3-0 win, 25-13, 25-12, 25-11, at Luckey Arena.

The Forester volleyball team was poised for a big upset Wednesday night at Platt Arena as they won two of the first three sets before Taylor University battled back to claim a 3-2 decision, 24-26, 25-17, 23-25, 25-22, 15-10, over HU.

After dropping a 3-1 decision to the University of Saint Francis on Friday night, the Forester volleyball team returned to the friendly confines of Platt Arena to register an impressive 3-0 win over the Cougars of Spring Arbor University on Saturday.

The Huntington volleyball team logged its first win of the season at the St. Xavier/Trinity Christian Crossover Tournament this past weekend.

Five Foresters were among the list of All-Conference volleyball honorees released by the Crossroads League over the weekend.
Codie Morey (Blue Island, Ill., Harold L. Richards H.S.) was one of six rookies named to the All-Freshman Team. The 5-9 setter averaged 4.3 assists per set and earned the starting spot as HU’s setter in the latter part of the season... Read More...

The Forester volleyball team wrapped up its season with a 3-1 loss, 25-10, 25-20, 24-26, 26-24, to Spring Arbor University Wednesday evening. With this loss, HU finishes the year with an overall record of 4-23 and a 2-16 record in conference play.

Taylor University’s dominance at the net got the best of the Forester volleyball team Wednesday night as the Trojans won in straight sets, 25-15, 25-18, 25-15, on senior night at the Merillat Complex.

The Lady Vikings finished off their title quest on Saturday by sweeping South Side 25-17, 25-10, 25-17. The Vikings had earlier in the day taken out Jay County 25-17, 25-13, 23-25, 25-13. The Vikings had reached the weekend by defeating rival Homestead 20-25, 26-24, 22-25, 25-16, 17-15.

Crestview Girls Volleyball capped off a very successful season on Saturday morning in Warsaw for the NELMSC conference tournament.
