Crestview Beats Riverview in Volleyball

Crestview prepared for the upcoming conference tournament by sweeping Riverview in Volleyball action on Thursday evening. The 7th Grade team finished their regular season with a record of 9-3 behind a 3 game thriller with the host Lady Raiders. Scores were 25-18, 22-25, and 15-10. Allyson Mettler led the way with 22 pts and Shelby Bowman contributed 5 to pace the Lady Cougars.
The 8th Grade team evened up their record to 6-6 with a 25-21, and 25-23 victory. Haley Houser was high scorer with 13 pts, 2 of them being aces. Maddie Canady helped with 4 assists and 5 pts.
Both teams travel to Warsaw to play in the NELMSC Volleyball Championships on Saturday.
